Every product line above runs through the same core process — cutting, forming, joining, machining and finishing — on shared equipment rather than a dedicated line per part family. Maximum size, material thickness and tolerance are confirmed per drawing during DFM review; Steadfab does not publish fixed capability limits ahead of that review.
Laser Cutting
Two laser cutting machines support drawing-based sheet metal production.
CNC Bending
Three 150-ton CNC press brakes support drawing-based forming and repeat production.
Welding
Welding resources support fabricated enclosures, frames and assemblies.
Gantry Machining
An in-house gantry machining center supports projects that combine fabrication and machining.
High-Temperature Bake Painting
The Suzhou manufacturing team completes high-temperature bake painting inside its facility.
Powder Coating Control
Powder coating is handled by selected external partners. Parts return to the Suzhou manufacturing team for color, film-thickness and adhesion checks.
